2018 Calendar potential submissions

Looking for some expert eyes to help weed out photos that are not worthy for submission to the 2018 Calendar.  Please critique and I welcome any suggestions to improve through lighting, cropping, etc.  So, I am hearing through the "grapevine" that some members are willing to help with editing.  They do such a great job and are giving of their time and expertise...so take advantage if you need them.Thank you for your patience and your opinion is valued.

Joani, maybe crop #7 and 9 in a little closer. #9 is wonderful but I think maybe a little better with more emphasis on the dogs and that beautiful flower tree above them.

I think I can see the smudges where you photoshopped out that train on the tracks behind him. Can you make that grass a bit sharper?

can you draw red circles around the errors?   I never smudged the train tracks but I made plenty of other errors...   Maybe I brushed something back there and dont remember?   

DUH... I just finally got it.... the train that was coming up behind him?  LOL  

Okay, now, are you serious about some grass back there or, are  you just smokin some?  :)

I love everyone's photos! I'm a little jealous! I'll never have calendar submissions because I have uncooperative subjects, no photography skills, and a terrible eye. But I love looking at all of your gorgeous dogs.
