AquinoLima_A Service Dog

I recently started following AquinoLima_A Service Dog on Facebook. Sonny Brooks is a veteran who has been struggling with PSTD since returning from the service. I cannot imagine struggling like so many of our service men do upon returning from service and eventually many of them find themselves without a home and just trying to survive. I so admire Sonny's courage to set out on this journey with Aquino. I hope that he find peace at the end of this run. I thought many of our members would be particular interested in this article because AquinoLima is a very handsome doodle.

Thanks Karen - I probably did this all wrong. I will try to edit. I am a member of the facebook group and I got permission from Sonny to share this photo. But now I see it is a an html file - not a jpg. I will see if I can figure it out.

I have been following him for a couple of weeks. It breaks my heart so many of our service men come back and suffer PSTD. In his go fund me account he talked about what a difference Aquino has made in his life, but Aquino cannot fix everything. Just so very sad. I hope this journey will help bring him some peace and hope for finding his place back in society. Anyone can join their facebook page and he has been posting regularly as he passes through each state.
