Advice for grooming my scruffy 4 month old.

My 4 month old girl is looking pretty scruffy. Her coat is getting frizzy on the ends in places. I’m tempted to clip her with the longest attachment. Would that be ok or should I just continue to brush a comb her and wait for her adult coat to come in?

You can certainly introduce grooming to her using scissors and clippers at any time. It is. Good idea to do so gradually with treats and praise. There is no rule for when they need a haircut. It’s personal preference. The advantage to clipping her before the coat change is with a shorter coat you may be able to comb out the mats more easily. Try to make it pleasurable for both of you.
