Hello All!!

I just wanted to pop in and say HI.  I've been down with multiple problems, but am on the road to recovery. Thankfully, I had my doodles and doxies to keep me company.  After now being here for a year, the doods are adapting to the weather in Las Vegas. During the hot hours of the day, they stay inside and only go out to potty. But early mornings, they love running around, jumping and playing in the backyard. Of course, they do still have to stand by the gate and warn people passing by that this is THEIR territory. Most people are respectful, but occasionally someone will actually come up to the fence to see what all the noise is about. During those times, they just melt and try to get extra cuddles.  Such failures as guard dogs!  But they do make great watch dogs. NO ONE passes by without me being alerted - unless, of course, they are inside and asleep.  I hope everyone is doing well. Love from Cody & Casey

Glad you are on the road to recovery. I bet it is smoky out your way from the fires. Doodles love those cuddles.

We do have a bit of haze that we can see over the mountains, but air quality in the valley hasn't been affected. My heart goes out to all of those affected by the horrible fires, though.
