This discussion is great opportunity to get feedback. Many people in this group have had their photos in the calendar year after year.
1. If you can't decide which photos to submit, this group loves to give opinions! Number your photos and PLEASE, no more than 4 photos per post. You can post multiple times throughout the weeks but I don't want to see 20 pictures in a single post.
2. Post images that you want recommendations for regarding crop, or editing help.
3. Not sure if your image is up to snuff? Post and ask. We will give honest feedback as to what is working and not working.
4. If you are open to reshooting your photos, post your photo and we can give very helpful advice on how to reshoot and make it so much better!
Good luck!

Yes, I asked Adina about studio shots and she said that was fine, so I submitted one hat shot for each dog. I am really lacking in action shots this year. We hardly went out on the boat this summer and my "assistant" has been working long hours. I had to go back and look at older photos. I also re-submitted one action shot of Vern that I have always loved, but did not get chosen. I am sure you have some great images to submit!
Glad she is okay. I submitted mine and am working on new year, LOL
Now that's ambition. I always wait until the last minute.
I’m glad Georgia is okay. I submitted mine.
Good for you! I should just submit and be done with it, but I had an idea for a shot that I might try this weekend.
Glad Georgia is doing okay! I submitted my last one just now. Having trouble with my laptop that contains everything so I am glad I am done...now to get started on next year....
Narrowing my few down. May go out Friday if its not sweltering out...
Hello awesome photographers. I'm hoping maybe there might be one worthy shot from my vacation last week. This has been a really tough year for us between, Sassy's shoulder issues and treatment to my mother getting ill and eventually passing away. I have no doubt I'm dealing with a bit of depression simply because I've been isolating myself at home the last several months. So last week we finally left the house and had our first and only camping trip of the year (we usually have 4-6). This was totally last minute and unplanned but our stars lined up and we made it happen. I spent the first day with Sassy taking well over 200 pictures only to narrow down to possibly one of these? I'm not sure any are calendar worthy, she looks stoned and I couldn't keep the hair out of her eyes! lol I'll pull a few from last year to submit but what are ya'lls opinion on any of these? The one with the best visual of her eyes she looks crazy because she actually was at the moment waitin on me to splash her (her new favorite river pass time, lol) TIA.
Wow, what is she doing in this pictures - jumping out or in?!?!
I throw water at her and she jumps for the droplets. I think this particular picture she's coming down from the jump. Funny thing is I don't throw the water that high but she has this obsessive need to jump for everything? Unfortunately that's what damage her shoulder tendon (jumping)! ugh
I really like these action shots! I wish there was one where we could see her face! Dogs being dogs and having fun are always fun to see.
