Labradoodle & Goldendoodle Forum

Hi all,

Just wanted to share some pictures of my 16 month old F1B goldendoodle, Theo. He just graduated and has become a fully task trained service dog and is just working on the last part of his public access! Here he is in his new custom vest that he was wanting to show off to everyone!

He looks very proud!!!

Great job, Theo!!!

So awesome! Good luck with the training :)

What a sweet baby. He is so cute.  Congratulations.

He is adorable! You must be so proud. If it's not invasive, I would love to know what kind of tasks he does, but feel free to ignore me if it's not an appropriate question.

Hi Stacy, I am usually totally open to talking a his task work, unless I'm busy and in public, so doesn't bother me! His day to day tasks include alerting to blood sugar that is 80 or below, especially when sleeping, alerting to narcolepsy episodes, medication reminding and retrieval, and deep pressure therapy. In emergency situations he is able to open doors, bark to alert, and pull a cord that sets off an alarm. He does a few more tasks, but those are his main and most important ones!

He’s a very good boy!
