What do you do this mop?

I want to keep it longish but she looks like no one loves her enough to groom her. Any suggestions? Oh, I am going to do it - if I have the guts.

When I am in a hurry I do what I call the unicorn cut on the head. I gather all the head hair into a loose ponytail at the front between the eyebrows and cut off the pony tail. The result is a layered look with good draping down the sides and good vision for the dog.
