Dreaming Doodles?!?

Do your doodle(s) dream? Our 7 month old goldendoodle, Scampy sleeps in a crate facing my side of the bed...and about 20 min after we go to bed he starts! He'll be doing this whispery whine, barking under his breath and even twitching his legs as if he's swimming or running! So I have to reach over and rub his nose to wake him a little so he doesn't wake anyone else up.
I noticed from some of the other discussions on here, like watching TV, sleeping upside down, swimming and so on, that doodles seem to be very similar in their habits, so I was just curious about this one!
