Tomorrow is the big day! (Maybe, hopefully.) :) I think I'm going to put my computer away tonight and just be out of the house all day tomorrow to save Teri the need from getting a restraining order against me and my a million questions. LOL I'm going to be so anxious tomorrow unless I occupy my mind otherwise. How's everyone else doin'?
Sweet Monique is acting as if nothing is going on. I'm getting ready to shave her belly and give her a sanitary cut and get all her "stuff" together - get her whelping area cleaned up and fresh blankets, and set the whelping kit out. She acts as if today is just another day, but so did Delta when we went to bed the other night and then awoke to six gorgeous babies1
She looks absolutly beautiful....I don't remember looking that good...and I only had one baby to deliver. Smile. Good luck sweet Monique, Teri and Michael.
She's been a bit irritable today and snappy to the other dogs which is completely out of character for her, and she's been panting and wanting out more and more - despite the bad weather we had. We're ready whenever she is!
We are fine but the city that got hit hard, Murfreesboro, had lots of lost homes and several deaths, and is my husband's hometown and where his family lives. Everyone we know is fine. Our prayers are with those who were not as fortunate.
Angel is just a doll! At the moment, she is entering into an ornery, growly, playful puppy stage, but she is still so sweet, so precious! And growing like a weed!! She has to have gained at least a pound since I last weighed her!
