Does anyone no of a good website or place to get some pretty cool collars? I'm sick of the same old boring colors that I always find. I'm looking for the ones that have the metal clasp instead of the plastic hooks. Thanks=)

Hi,
I love the collars at ragtimepetcollars.com

she have lots of different fabrics but the best is that she embroiders on the collars - I have Samantha's name and my cell number on them all so I don't have to have tags hanging. She does not make chain martingale's, only fabric martingales which I personally do not like.

others I have looked into but have not purchased yet
cozycritter.com has martingale chain and clip collars - choose fabric - very cute!!!!
fundogfred.com

Have fun shopping!!
I have 4 Ragtime collars,I love them.
Hi Barb,
I really like the collars on www.kollarsbykathryn.com The fleece collars really help to reduce matting and there are some cool designs for males and females. I have bought 2 martingale leashes and 2 tugs from her. I love them.

Thanks to both of you I can't wait to shop!!!! I'm so excited I'll check out these links.......
This has some cool ones http://www.doggiestylish.com/store/
Canine Frosting is owned by one of our doodle-owning members and she hand makes really cute collars, matching leashes and bandanas. You can use the coupon code 10offk9 at checkout to receive a 10% discount.

Rosco has this collar and matching leash:

Nice collar Rosco! Very stylish....Lizzie might need a 5 month-a-birthday present like this!
Adina, is this a strong made collar? It's very cool=) My only fear is what IF my dog decided to pull really fast and broke out of the collar! I think it has the plastic hook right? How does your's do with it? Thanks
I haven't had any problems but Rosco is not a puller. He only wears this on therapy visits.
Canine Frosting also sells the same collars with metal hardware. The metal closure costs $3.00 0r $3.50 extra. I am like you, I like the metal. Right now, I have martingale collars on my dogs. I never have to worry about them escaping or breaking the closure. This type of collar tightens as they pull or try to get out of their collar otherwise it stays loose. Martingale collars can also be purchased in bright fun fabrics.

I've found some terrific looking collars here: http://www.mydogcollars.com/

And Lupine collars are fun...you can find them online as well as in some pet supply shops. Here's a link to the patterns: http://www.rescuepetstore.com/mm5/lupinepatterns.htm
