Don't they look scrumptious !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am not putting the icing on them until that day. These are Lynne's Red Velvet Pup Cakes and I am putting her cream cheese, yogurt and honey icing on them the day of the romp. Lucy is mad at me because I would not give her one. I would not even let her lick the bowl. She has to wait just like the rest of her friends until Sat. Wouldn't you like to come to the Western Pa. romp Sat. so your doodle can have a little cake !!!!
"Awh come on, mom...one of those pretty cupcakes must have hit the floor and can't be served to the guests. Let me try just one. After all they might be really, really bad. How will you ever know if you don't have a taste tester?" - Lucy
Lizzie Louise wants to know if we could take a trip to Western Pa. on saturday for one of these pup cakes. Unfortunately the geography is a bit difficult to explain.....hehe! Those look awesome!!
How many did you make?? Did you double the recipe or triple it? They look amazing even without the icing-but the icing I am sure will make them so yummy. Wish we could be there on Sat, Regards from Debbie and the doodle Thomas(the poor post-surgery doodle who is not behaving himself)
The recipe said it makes 6 reg. sized muffins so I doubled it and used mini pans and it made 50. I froze some so I will have them for Lucy later. I did break down and give her one, she loved it and wanted more.
