I made Doodle Kisses cards last year, but haven't posted them very visibly since then--so here they are as I know many of you have been running into doodles lots lately!
These are great to keep handy in your purse or wallet next time you run into a doodle owner or someone interested in learning more about doodles.
Because it's a Word document you can easily edit it and put your profile name and doodle's name(s) on the back.
For the cards you'll need Avery 2-side printable business cards. These templates are for 10-cards per sheet, compatible with Avery template #8371--it will say "use Avery template 8371" on the package. The attachment below is in Microsoft WORD format so you can edit them as you need and add a photo of your own dog if you like. The front tells about the site, and the back allows you to introduce yourself so whoever you invite knows who you are when they sign up.
What a great idea. I am going to put my niece the graphic designer on it for me. I think I will just put Ned on my business cards - sp. ed. teacher with a doodle picture for id.LOL
My husband was just saying that he needs to get a new order of business cards for himself(self-employed) Wait until I tell him that he has to get some for our GD;Thomas too!!! I'm actually serious-this idea is great. After all, my brothers lab has a facebook page!!(with BTW-dozens of friends on it now)
My DD just asked me yest. if I wanted some blank business cards. I didn't think I needed those for anything, but now I do. I better tell her I'll take them before she throws them out. I now have a purpose for them, thanks
These would be great. I have a question.I am not all that great on the computer and I am having difficulty putting my picture on the card. It isn't going in the right spot and moves the wording around. Can you please explain how to put it in the right spot? Thanks
Honestly I'm not sure how I did it....I'll have to play around with it later today and figure out how to change it. Word is not the best format for photo stuff...I'll let you know! But feel FREE to move the wording around if you need to!
Once you redo ONE ... then just double click in the rectangle and select and copy what you did then double click in the next rectangle and paste over what's there...that should allow you to change each one quickly.
This is perfect!! We just met a doodle at a gas station in Culpepper, Va. I happened to have my 2 doods in the back and we talked for 45 minutes! I always tell people about the site but this is a better way. You are so smart!!
