I was planning to wait till next year to get another doodle but I just couldn't wait that long. My baby is coming home on July 3rd. I just received a picture that I had to share.
Yankee needs a playmate......(that's my story and I'm sticking to it). DH finally agreed like I knew he eventually would. I am soooooooooo excited!
What a little sweetheart....you will not regret your decision.....Comiskey needed a playmate (that was my story also, and I stuck to it)....Beemer is such a joy I can't imagine life without these two...congratulations...look forward to seeing more photos.....
Okay, so the story is that my Phoebe needs a playmate, right? Is that the way I am going to get my husband to agree to another doodle? I'll run with it and let you know if it works here! The puppy is precious and he/she looks so much like my Phoebe in those first weeks. We (as in my son and I) are hoping to add either a miniature goldendoodle or a cavadoodle to our family next Spring. Keep those pictures coming--congratulations!
It's a male and yes that's the story you use to get hubby to agree. Just keep saying, our puppy is bored and needs a playmate. When he is bugging to play, you say if he had a playmate, he wouldn't bug us as much. Repeat, repeat, repeat.
And just to clarify something, I am DRIVING to pick him up. It's about 6 hours away and we will spend the night again because it's too long of a drive for Cody.
Another Chocolate to add to our group! How exciting for you, Yankee and DH!! Congrats!!!!!
Samantha is ball possessed!! After dinner her routine is to bring her ball and if you ignore her, she jsut drops it either at your feet or on your lap. Continue to ignore - she sits at attention, cocks her head to the side, wags her tail incessently (?) and STARES right through you until you give in. Play ball for a 1/2 hour and try to stop the game and she goes into her stare routine again. PLAYMATE?!?!?!?! - maybe that will work with DH. You can be sure I will work on that.
