Hi Joy,
I removed the post for several reasons. I'll repost because I needed more info before I was sure about what you wanted.

1) I have a Haliti Harness--not sure if that is what you wanted. The size is for dogs over 25lbs. It has the clip in the back not in the front. The newer ones clip in the front. The part that goes under the arms is fleece-lined for comfort

2) I went looking for a website to find a picture of a Halitis #2 and could not find one. I thought if I could show you a picture it would save a lot of time.

This looks like the Gentle Leader harness, it goes over the nose; they also have a body harness which looks like it might be connected to the cart. The red ones tend to leave color on light fur.
I have used both Gentle Leader and Halti harnesses for my dood. The Halti has lasted longer, she chews right through the fabric if left in her reach as well as the plastic clip. I have seen them both on the internet at different pet supply sites.
