Scotlund Haisley from HSUS sent me these videos and photos..( videos are at the bottom) He is the Director of Emergency Services @ HSUS and was in charge of the raid. The Parti colored dog is "Liberty Bell" a Portuguese Water Dog pulled from AH....Pictured are Scotlund and Beau Archer of HSUS and various volunteers.

Over 200 dogs seized

Did I understand this correctly from the "Over 200 Dogs Rescued..." video, that all dogs were seized accept for 25 that the owners were allowed to keep? Under those conditions, why would they be allowed to keep any of them? What now happens to the 25 that weren't allowed to be rescued? Will there care be monitored now?

Just a quick update on a AH puppy:
Mickey was taken to a shelter about a month before the raid 2 weeks ago. For whatever his reasons, Skip released him to the shelter with his mother and other siblings (if I remember correctly, he is the runt of a litter of 4 males). Mickey is make progress everyday - has gained 1 pound in literally 7 days - it is amazing what you can do with consistent meals and no one to fight over them). He is still apprehensive with new situatins - cars whizying by are very, very scary. With time, all will be well.

I cant watch the video Karen posted, Just the pictures and other footage I have seen before is enough. This is unspeakable! It renders me speechless! The law does not take this seriously enough. They need to ban these outfits like they would ban a child slavery ring. I guess it 'just a dog' to the powers that be as well. sigh>>

Here is the kennel inspections on AH ...if you click on the link below and have Adobe Reader you can open all 9 inspections from 1/8/09 to 6/12/09. On the inspections S is satisfactory, U unsatisfactory, and N/A does not apply...I'm really amazed at the kennel inspections and what they found, or didn't find....These are all taken from the Dept of Agriculture of PA...Look at the left side of the inspections for the condition of the dogs..and than the right side is for the condition of the kennel...

the inspection said "The state
veterinarian examined all dogs in the kennel and determined that none of the dogs’ health, safety, and/ or
welfare was endangered.
I have an idea.

Just hand me that "state veterinarian" I will strip off his shoes and throw his greasy palmed sorry ass in a wire bottomed cage, and feed him his own crap for a month!

Like I said before, corruption runs deep and bribery still goes a long way!

That state vet was fired after the raid in 2008.....It is alleged that several state employees including the vet, inspectors and even a few individuals at Dog Law were on Skip's payroll...

Scary is more like it!! I am glad he was fired. And yes you could see the bribery all the way through alright. Sickening!

he has told alot of people that..lol...think he is harmless when it comes to people...just likes to pick on dogs that cant defend themselves

Yes Jacquie I agree to an extend...but the dog warden who signed these is very reputable sorry for the spelling..Her record is excellent in PA as a Dog warden, and I have spoken with her several times concerning this matter ...I know all about the firings and people fired and people under investigation...but these are since that all..so it still is Amazing and they state he complied to their request...When I read these it shocked me to see them

these people are the ones bringing this to court with the Attorneys for PA...
