Favorite Dog Collar?

I'm a new Doodle owner, in fact, my puppy won't arrive for another 4 weeks from the breeders! However, I find myself attracted to collars leashes and tags for my soon-to-be new member of the family. My breeder recommended Lupine collars, so I ordered a lupine collar and leash/lead in the "cherry blossom" print shown in our group photo. But... I also splurged on a Coach baby-pink signature collar & leash. I've recently read about rolled collars preventing mats. There are so many options to choose from. Please share your favorites! I have one of these BoomerangTags collars for Rosco... and he also has a lovely handmade collar and matching leash from CanineFrosting.com (owned by a doodle owner who seems to be unreachable at the moment so I wouldn't order anything from there until you hear otherwise).

Thule is our neglected middle child with a plain 'ol regular buckle collar from whatever pet store had some in red.

Cass wears the same leather collar she's had for 10+ years.

When my doodles are on a walk or out on the town they wear either a choke chain or prong, except when Rosco does therapy visits as they are not allowed there.
Cass walks with a slip lead or leash-free

When we dog sit for friends I usually use a Halti head collar on them if I walk them (if the one I have fits...if not they get a prong) because all of their dogs pull and I don't tolerate pulling but also don't have time to train friends' dogs.

I like the leather roll collars, trying to find them in purple and pink is another thing...any suggestions

Thank You so much Nancy, what I have been looking for...I love them because they do not get tangled in their fur, they move with the fur and not crush it down on the neck area....but they still do not have Purple...but love all of the other colors...so might switch..lol.

I have a red collar. Its thick but very soft. Its also water resistent, so when he gets wet the collar doesn't get soaked as well.

The part that is touching their skin/hair is like neoprene, so it dries sooo fast. I also like the little black loop for tags...its really sturdy and he doesn't jingle as much.
