DOODLE ON IT'S ME OR THE DOG

A Doodle should be the star dog on It's Me Or The Dog tomorrow night Saturday Aug 8th at 9:00p.m.est on Animal Planet is the channel. Seen the commerical for the Doodle again and hope it's on this week...the Doodle is runing away from it's owner on a beach. For all of you who have recall problems now is a great chance to learn how to recall your dog, and probably a few other Doodle problems maybe addressed...hope Jumping is one. So tune in and maybe we can have discussions after the show...

I don't think people will think less of our dogs, all breeds and most dogs have training issues at one time or another.

I am so glad that you posted this! I watch that show all the time and always wonder why there are no doodles...just figured it's because they're so perfect....:) I'll be watching!

Duh. Thanks for correcting me on the episode airing. Can't keep my days straight. All I am doing until I go back to work in 2 weeks is dog sitting poor Gordie while he recuperates from his leg surgery.

Hope Gordie is feeling better and able to get around soon. The show could also be on in a few weeks instead of tonight...I don't know why they show that add for it ..why not wait till the week it's on, lol. Oh well either way will be watching and hope it's on soon....

I hope they don't put another "designer dog, mutt of the week" disaster spin on it. Real well bred doodles don't need the bad press.

I honestly don't feel Victoria Stilwell is that type of trainer, she is concerned for the owner and the dog, whatever the breed. She may make interesting comments about breed specifics, which are not to harm a breed but to educate owners about their choices. I have seen her do that with a lot of breeds and don't feel it demeans them in anyway.
