Labradoodle & Goldendoodle Forum

Our member, Lynda Kamrath, has started a new business in the past year where she prints photos onto canvas. She would like to give away a free canvas print to one lucky winner! Photos are printed on canvas, mounted with a gallery wrap, and shipped to your home address. Finished size is about 15 x 20 inches.

Here are a couple photos of what the finished product will look like:

To enter for your chance to win your doodle(s) photo on canvas, you must respond to this announcement by posting a photo and writing a few words that answer the question:

"How did YOUR doodle beat the heat this summer?"

PLEASE UNDERSTAND THE RULES BELOW BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR RESPONSE :-)

Your response to the contest discussion must contain:
1) Photo of your doodle(s) EMBEDDED **INTO the discussion (not an attachment to your response) -- if you don't have your doodle yet, well...use a photo that makes sense. If you aren't sure how to insert a photo into a response, click here for instructions!! I would love ALL members to learn how to do this so nobody has to add photo attachments at the bottom of their posts when sharing photos.

2) A few words to tell us about how your labradoodle or goldendoodle or (___adoodle) beat the heat this summer

3) BOTH the photo and your text need to be in the SAME response (not separated into two responses). NOTE: Try, if you are able, to resize your photos (if they are larger than 600 pixels) so they don't take forever to load.

4) Only ONE entry per member.

5) Contest will end on Sunday, Sept 20th at NOON, Pacific Standard Time.

DETERMINATION OF WINNER: The winner will be determined out of all entries via a drawing at the end of the contest time. The photo you use in your response does not have to be the photo you have printed onto canvas. The photo for the actual prize will be decided upon between you and Lynda.

Thanks Lynda for your generosity and GOOD LUCK everyone!!!

Well this is my picture of Bentley after his beauty day at the spa, he was just enjoying the sunshine and making sure we knew how handsome he looked!

Love your bike! Is it rideable or just a decorative tree leaner?
Remington beat the summer heat by frequent trips to Buckeye Lake! He loves swimming with his Dad and taking boat rides

Duff is a heat sponge, and in Virginia, that can be a problem. He likes to swim in the James River as often as possible, ride in the car with his head out the window, swim in his kiddy pool, which he has really outgrown, but hasn't noticed, and lay on the cold bathroom tile floors. He is pushing for central air next year.

Our labradoodle puppy, Chase, played in the kiddie pool on our one hot day!!!

Lilly beat the heat this summer by playing in her pool..
Is she the lifegaurd? She can hang out at my pool anytime.
Willy decided this would be a great way to beat the heat this summer. He cooled off with a few of his friends under the sprinklers at the Huntington Beach Park Doodle Romp.

Comiskey spent half the summer chasing the sprinker...the other half...dreaming about chasing the sprinkler. Where was Beemer you ask?...inside watching T.V.!
LOL! Love it!
This is so totally awesome! What did you use to make it?
Hi Pam - I guess you are talking to me! When I retired last year (after 25 years of teaching), I needed a hobby and decided to do something with my love of doodles and computers. My husband and son are both artists and something new in the art community is these giclee prints. You can photograph existing works of art and then print them any size, or use any photograph and turn it into a canvas. So, I got a 24 inch giclee printer, Adobe Photoshop, and set up the accounts and a website. I have mostly done projects for friends, but I am just about ready to start doing more. My son moved to Virginia for a master's degree, so now I have to do the work on Adobe Photoshop, so I am taking a class to learn to use it. It's great fun!
