can you recommend a brush?

has anyone found a good brush that penetrates the curls on the doodles? the puppy brush isn't working like it used to...my dog is 8 months old with a fleecy coat.

A couple popular ones are the Chris Christensen T Pin Brush and the Les Poochs brush (if you search for these terms in the search box of the main forum you'll find lots of past discussions on them...even just type in 'brush'). You might even want a metal comb as typically you brush first and then get deeper with a comb.

Combing is the most important part of grooming. I use the Les Poochs brushes as a back up to my steel comb.

Make sure you learn how to "line brush" your doodle's coat too. This will ensure that you get down to the skin, no matter what tool you're using.
