Hi Lynn!  I have a doodle in Winston and I utilize two different services in the triad for my pup.  The first is a dog walking service based out of Greensboro. They are very professional, friendly, and puppy loving.  I use them on a daily basis and I think they are willing to do overnight care but it may be pricey.  Here is their website: http://www.3pooches.com/

The second service I use is a doggy day care in Kernersville.  It's a GREAT place for dogs to get energy out.  My puppy comes home absolutely exhausted which I love!  Here is their website: http://www.doggonefunnc.com/training.htm
