Herbie's first swim!

Success! Herbie has random fears of a lot of things, so I was unsure of how his first swim was going to go, I thought it might take so coaxing, but nope. We went to the beach today and I thought the water might still be too cold so we were just gonna play frisbee on the sand, but he jumped right in! It was so much fun and I'm looking forward to summer even more now that I know he loooooves the water.…

So Smart! Herbie taught himself to play fetch alone

The past two weeks have been crazy for me with midterms and papers piling up. So, unfortunately not as much time as usual to play with Herbie. I feel bad, but it doesn't seem to bother him a bit, as he has now learned how to play fetch all by himself. The last couple days he has been standing on the couch, and then drops his tennis ball from the top of the couch, and then runs to get it! It's absolutely adorable and hilarious to watch. I knew doodles were smart, but wow! Resourceful too...

What Type of Doodle(s) do you have? What are their names? Tell us about your doodle(s) or any other pets you have!: I have an 8 month old labradoodle named Herbie. Incredibly sweet and intelligent dog who chews on everything he sees

Where did you get your doodle(s)?: Gift from Friend/Relative

Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?: My mom chose Herbie for me as a gift. She was looking around and hadn't yet decided on a breed, and found Herbie. She told me she fell in love with his face, and that was it.

What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?: Go to the dog park, play fetch for hours on end, play in the snow

Does your doodle(s) shed?: Yes!

Favorite Doodle Products?: tennis balls, chew toys
