About Me:: I am a registered Nurse and a realtor living on Long Island and also in Florida. My husband owns a seafood resturant up north. We both feel very blessed with our life and would like the opportunity to give back. As Animal lovers we are so excited about the animal assisted programs we have seen and are looking forward to beginning to train one of our own.

What Type of Doodle(s) do you have? What are their names? Tell us about your doodle(s) or any other pets you have!: We just brought Zoe, tri blue merle aussiedoodle home and are loving her.

Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?: Loved the look and the personality. Thought we would have prefered a golden or labradoodle but size wise our florida home has a weight restriction of 40 lbs.Now, after reading and researching Aussiedoodles we are soooo happy we choose an aussie. They seem so unique. We also have two house cats and one ferrel cat. I can't believe I still call her ferral, she's 4.

What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?: Everything. Zoe is an incredible companion and just loves to do everything and anything we do. So well behaved and a joy to all who meet her. She is a great dog!!!!

At 5:44pm on March 1, 2010, Diane said…: oh yes, loaded with ice balls....It's amazing how much their coats can hold, isn't it?!! Actually, I had him trimmed pretty short at the last grooming because he was going to be boarded and they wouldn't be able to tend to it and he'd have become a matted mess. Do you think the snow also tends to matt their coats?....but it's definitely worth it. They love it SO much!

I'll have to stop in there with Sonny next time we are at my parent's house. They live right around the corner from there. I love Zoe's shaggy coat. Unfortuately poor Sonny keeps getting groomed by people who don't kknow what to do with a shaggy dog. Trying to let it grow back in and then will look further into a new groomer.Thanks!

I grew up there! Where do you go? Is it in the blockbuster shopping center? Who do you use? I love Zoe's haircut. Unfortunately, my Sonny has had several bad experiences and need a good groomer. Thanks!
