About Me:: I am 30 years old and a first time dog mommy to a great Goldendoodle named Abel! I am a newlywed and enjoying life! I like going for walks, cooking, sleeping, watching TV, reading, taking bubble baths, etc. I am looking forward to meeting other Goldendoodle owners who I can share stories and advice with.

What Type of Doodle(s) do you have? What are their names? Tell us about your doodle(s) or any other pets you have!: I have a four year old Goldendoodle named Abel. He is a great dog and is so smart! I also have a 13 year old cat named Spider and a seven year old rabbit named Bozzlie. Our house is a little bit of a zoo. Abel had a malaclusion (his canine teeth were not lining up properly) but after having his baby canines removed it seems to have straightened itself out.

Where did you get your doodle(s)?: Breeder

Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?: I researched many breeds when I was planning on getting a dog. The Goldendoodle personality appealed to me greatly. The fact that they are low shedders was also a bonus.

What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?: Go for walks, go to the dog park, go to pet stores, snuggle, go for car rides, travel, go to dogilates.

Does your doodle(s) shed?: A little bit but nothing major

Who grooms your doodle(s)?: Petsmart, us.

Favorite Doodle Products?: No stuffing plush toys

Stormy Weather and Abel is a Finalist!!

Last night we got rained out of our doggy boot camp class. We got in the car and could barley see on our drive home! Rain turned to hail and we had to take refuge in a parking garage. The streets were flooded with a foot of water in some places but we finally made it home :) I think Abel was a little nervous with all the hair pounding on the vehicle.

Here we are at the end of October.
