Unfortunately, the blood tests are extremely unreliable, and to my knowledge, you cannot do immunotherapy shots based on blood tests. You really need to get the antigens right in order for the treatment to be effective, and the skin testing is much more reliable in terms of pinpointing not just the specific allergens, but the strength of the allergic response, which is necessary to formulate the antigens correctly.

Are you working with a veterinary dermatologist? If not, I strongly recommend that you do.
