About Me:

My husband and I own Essex County Locksmiths in Windsor, Ontario and our Goldendoodle Max comes to work with us Monday thru Friday and than on Saturdays its Doggie Day Care with all his buddies!

Every morning after we arrive at our shop, we have to go for a walk to see Jim at the Post Office so we can start the day with a treat! We have many customers that know Max by name and drop off treats when they are in the area!

What Type of Doodle(s) do you have? What are their names? Tell us about your doodle(s) or any other pets you have!

We have a Goldendoodle named Max. He is 22 months old, born March 12, 2008. We got him when he was 6 months old. He has been neutered. and he has completed 2 levels of obedience training. He is very well socialized with other dogs as well as people. He will be going in Feb 2010 to be evaluated to become a therapy dog.

Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?

We used to have a Yellow Lab that we had to put down in June and we love the retriever personality but not the shedding. I haven't worn black clothes for 11 years!

A little bit but nothing major, Nope!
