What Type of Doodle(s) do you have? What are their names? Tell us about your doodle(s) or any other pets you have!: I have a two-year-old multigen Australian Labradoodle I bought from Dixie's Doodles in Georgetown. His name is Alfie, and he's the love of my life!

Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?: Because they don't shed, they have terrific personalities, and they're smart.

At 7:34am on December 22, 2009, susan toalson said…: Just after I brought Alfie home, he developed parvo, so we didn't leave the house for several weeks. During that time, I had a trainer come to the house for a few lessons. Since then, we've been to several classes, including one class that was a prerequisite to the therapy dog certification. I didn't follow up on the certification at that time, but I think I want to get back into it in the spring. He minds well. My only complaint is the jumping on guests as they come in the door, and his wanting to keep the leash taught when we walk. Annie is gorgeous, by the way. Susan

At 6:53am on December 22, 2009, De Voeller said…: Annie is very social and loving. However, as a puppy she has a mind of her own. She knows all her commands and does really well especially if a treat is involved. We are tagging along with a Search & Rescue group to help get her trained to certify as a therapy dog. I can hardly wait until she is consistantly a well behave girl. We start intermediate classes next month. Are you training yours by yourself or with trainer? De
