Hi Everyone, Daisy here....just thought I would tell you all what a day in my life is like M-F

5:30 AM: lay in the bed while Daddy drinks his coffee and pets me and Mom showers.

6:30 AM: move to the living room while Daddy gets ready and dressed to go for our morning stroll (weather has been bad so we haven't been jogging much), and keep my eye on Mom who is making breakfast and lunches.

6:45 AM: Daddy and I go out for our morning stroll (which includes the morning potty time).

7:00 AM: We come back to get our chuck it and Daddy and I play in the back yard.

7:15 AM: Come in, drink some water and eat my breakfast than nap until it's time for Mom and me to go to work, Dad takes his shower and leaves for work.

9:00 AM: Mom and I arrive at work, I greet everyone there and then take my position under my desk in my work bed. I wait to hear the door chimes so I can greet the customers & delivery people in hopes someone brings me a cookie...I usually luck out with the Gary the paper guy, Luke the UPS man and Jackie the Fed Ex gal, they know me best and they make my day.

5:00 PM: Me and Mom leave for home, when we get there Mom gets the Chuck-it and we play in the backyard until it's time to make dinner

6:30PM: Daddy arrives home, we all eat dinner and then the evening is mine...we play, we walk, we just hang out until bed time at 10 PM

It all starts over the next day.

How does everyone else spend their Monday thru Fridays?

I think Daisy would much rather stay at home if someone was there to stay with her. Heck I would like to stay home to but someone's gotta pay for the kibble and spa days.
Wow - I can't let Rooney and Stuart see this or they will be jealous!  A wonderful M-F schedule - lucky doodle!
Ms Jane, I wouldn't mind Rooney and Stuarts digs either! woof!
What a great life you have, beautiful Daisy!!! Lucky you to get so much exercise and activity into your days!!!!
If Mom and Dad don't play with me I am pretty annoying in the evenings - woof woof.

Wow Daisy, we wish our lives looked so routine. We never know what to expect around here!  One day mom is home, the next day dad is home, some days they are both at home, some days no one is home and my brothers mom comes over for our potty break and a mini play date and swim, then we just lay around waiting till mom or dad get home.

But days that one of them is home we go to the park, go for walks, we LOVE LOVE LOVE going in the car, altho Bella upchucks everytime, mom doesn't seem to be upset, she says she has :"layers of protection" whatever that means, Just a lot of towels is all I see,

We have times when Marley comes over and we run and play and chase eachother in our yard, or swim and jump in and out and in and out of the pool. We have days dad takes long naps and we just cuddle up next to him in bed all afternoon it seems.

We love to lay around the kitchen while mom cooks as she is a little sloppy and says "ooops, guess I dropped that little morsel, thank goodness we have dogs to clean it up". She's not fooling us, we know she does it on purpose cuz she always laughs at us running to get it!

Some days mom has it in her head that we just have to get trimmed or freshened up and the scissors and clippers are out all day and she chases us around for a nip nip here and a clip, clip there. Sometimes we sit still as she has this great brush that just scratches "Just right" and then she will give us a massage for being so good. Can't beat it, a scratch and a massage in the same setting.

So we never know what the day will bring. Today I heard something about the dog park and pet store cuz Bella has chewed up all my balls again.  Oh and I see those darn clippers out on the counter. Oh well....

Murphy and Bella, I like variety in my life, as long as it includes my Mom and Dad and friends, sounds like that is what you have!
Lola here - Oh I so wish I could go to work with mom - but because I can't, she makes sure to give me lots of exercise in the morning.  She will wake me around  7 am to walk about a half mile to Central Park in NYC.  Once there, she let's me play off-leash with lots of other dogs.  My favorite part is to get mom to chase me.  We play hide and seek behind the trees or around the benches.  People see us and just laugh.  We walk/run around the great lawn a few times depending on time and then head home - usually a minimum of 3 miles.  When the weather isn't so nice we will take a shorter walk in Riverside Park - right outside our apartment. The best part about that is I get to see my doorman friends at the building next door.  They always have treats and lots of belly rubs.  I wish I could stay with them all day.....Mom leaves for work around 9 but then Jim, my dog walker takes me out for about 30 minutes with one or two of my friends.  Most afternoons, Elisabeth - my best friends Sophie's mom who lives in our building and works from home will pick me up and let's me hang out with them until around 5:30.  Mom gets home around 6.  I will have dinner and then go and meet Sophie and Elisabeth for our evening walk around 7.  One or two days a week I get to go to daycare which is so much fun. Lately Mom's been able to work from home once a week or so which is great but confusing - I think it is the weekend until she sits in front of her computer. All in all it's a pretty good life.
Lola, I want to visit Central Park, I think Mom, Dad and I are gonna come next Spring - road trip....maybe we can meet in the park and do a little running together. Woof!
Daisy that would be fun....I can show you where all the best parts of the park are.  Maybe you'll even come during one of the Monthly bagel barks  where they pick a different spot in the park and set up tables with coffee and donuts for the humans and lots of biscuits for us.
Daisy, you are one lucky dood!
Amante would be jealous!
