Bumper Sticker

[Discussing Labradoodles & Goldendoodles]

I saw a sticker on the back of a red mini-van in the commuter parking lot this morning that read:

"My Doodle Is Smarter Than Your Honor Roll Student"

I want to meet this person but hanging around in a parking lot seems a bit too stalky for me.

I am thinking about a note on the windscreen if I see the car again, though!

In my experience, Doodle owners love nothing more than talking about their Doodles so a note wouldn't be too creepy, right?

OMD... seeing a doodle when we are out of town is cause for celebration. I'm afraid we might be scary people. I still agree a note on that car would be a good thing though. ;o)

I've stoped on the side of the road to speak to doodle owners too!  Go for it, leave a note....I would love to find one on my car.

I would love that!  I've always wanted to stop and talk to random doodle owners but didn't know if they would be annoyed but glad to know so many wouldn't mind!

People have pulled over to meet Gavin, shouted from their windows and approached me in the community "You're the lady with the doodle."  I sometimes feel bad about all the attention he gets as a doodle.  My friend and I were walking a busy trail and her perfectly adorable lab got no attention while people flocked to me to talk about Gavin.  "It's a doodle thing" I told her.  "People are crazy."

I have also pulled over many times to meet fellow "DOODLES" and their owners. You just can't help yourself!!! LOL

I have gone swimming with dolphins and I agree!!  Both are amazing experiences and with the doodles, you can experience it every day!

My DH will be happy to hear that I am not the only crazy one! I made him turn the car around a few weeks ago so I could go talk to a Doodle owner. He said "Do they give you money for each one you sign up to DK?" It's just an exciting feeling when you see a Doodle and owner out somewhere that you've never met!

Being a doodle owner comes with the hazard of having to make sudden stops to seek out and talk about our doodles with other doodle owners. Besides, if you have a bumper sticker advertising your doodle, I'd think you'd feel it was perfectly normal to have another doodle mommy leave a note on your car.
