I have my dogs on a pretty good schedule. Almost every afternoon, we go for a walk up at the park. Yesterday, we went out in the morning and just when we were about home, my tire light came on again. I knew we were stranded at the house, so in the afternoon I took them for a quick walk in the field that runs next to our yard. Apparently, Fudge did not get the memo that we would not be driving any place else for our afternoon walk. I don't remember why my car door was open, but whenever I checked on the dogs, Fudge was sitting in the car just waiting for us to leave. When I went to get the camera, of course, Vern had to jump in too, to make sure he was not being left at home alone or missing out on anything.
We are ready to go:
Maybe if I look right at her, she will know I am serious:

By now, Vern deserted the ship. He is a mover and a shaker and this was taking way too long. Fudge remains patient:
Hey Lady.....Get the keys, already!!!
I bet she sat in that van waiting for over an hour. She was not impressed when I told her I had things to do and we were not going for a walk. The good news was I knew she was not digging in the yard. I think I will leave my van open more often. Do you have a very patient dog too?
P.S. Please excuse the messy car. I could make some lame excuse, but this is how it usually looks with two dogs in it every day!

Cooper is very patient. He will set his ball down next to me and then wait and wait and wait and wait.............all the while just staring at the ball. Doesn't matter how long it takes for someone to throw it, he'll just wait. It's pretty funny.
Messy car? What messy car? Cooper and my daughter keep mine looking like I'm a homeless person living out of it. Oh dang it! I forgot my husband's car is in the shop and I have to take him to work this morning. I have to clean off the front seat of my car so he has somewhere to sit. Gotta go!
If Chloe gets wind of anything about going somewhere she will sit with her rear totally against the door to make sure she's going for sure! She will sit down there and listen to our movements and tilt her head and stuff. Too funny.
Now Fudge is one patient girl I almost felt bad for her. She knows your schedule for sure! Loved the pictures, she's like I'm ready let's go where are you? Loved it!
