I have become so frustrated with DK that I may have to boycott. I have reported multiple times about getting "We're sorry" messages. I use the latest version of Firefox. I wait patiently for the bar on top on a reply box to come up. It takes time! And then I type my response and get the dreaded message. Sometimes I do this multiple times--see taskbar About Q&A's where was attempting to respond to something. And below it the Question I was attempting to ask of Linda in a post today. Five times is my limit! sometimes I post somewhere else to see if I can just get what I want said in the discussion somewhere.
I often type long posts like a discussion on Word first so as not to lose it.
I am not having any trouble with other sites. We never get any feedback on when and if tech support is doing anything but for sure this issue only gets worse for me. This problem is so pervasive now and has been going on so long I could scream, but instead I will take the dogs for a walk. Life is too short.

I have not received the "Sorry" message but I cannot seem to send a message many times. I use Safari. It just doesn't do anything when I hit the send button. I feel your frustration!
I receive the "We're sorry" message all the time and have for over a year now. Major frustration and I discussed it with Adina a year ago and nothing was ever resolved with it. I often just give up trying to post now. I agree life is too short for this. I use Firefox and also keep it updated.
I would like to know who "We" are that are so sorry all the time anyhow. Someone had to have created that message they should be able to uncreate it. (I know uncreate is not a word but this comment will probably not post anyhow!)
I'm not getting notifications for PM's either-on and off. This is also the only site I have problems on.
Once in a while I do get this message, but I go out and start over and it always works.
How frustrating! I haven't gotten the Sorry message... yet. I'm using Google Chrome and I feel like I get better results on-line, not just this site but overall. Hopefully it gets resolved soon!
Oh, I do get variations on the theme too. Half comments etc. But sometimes it gets to be too much and I am there with"We're sorry." Maybe if enough of us post in one spot--here--the issue will be addressed. As to the "quick fixes", I can reload the page five times and get the same bad result. Retrying and expecting hoping for better results would be the definition of insanity but every now and again the fifth time or so is different. I am sure I see this more than others since I post a lot but I am ready to change that.
Have you tried using google chrome?

I love Firefox and it's all set up the way I like it. I may have to change browsers but I would at least like an explanation. some others are using Firefox and some of those have a problem and some don't. Maybe Jacob has some insight. So far he's the best with explanations : )
I use Firefox as well and am not going to change. I get these responses sometimes. I normally try twice and if it doesn't work I just forget it!
Yeah, his explanation after examining all of my DK woes is the same. "It's NING"
F, don't you dare quit! I use Explorer/Google and haven't seen this message. From the replies, it sounds like Firefox might be alienated sometimes from DK. :(
