How Did You Discover DK?

Hi - I was just wondering how you all discovered the "DoodleKisses" website?

I had already picked my breeder and was waiting for Myla to be born and then another eight weeks to pick her up (the longest time ever! lol) so I was going through every breeders website I could find to look at pictures of parents, puppies, coats and getting as much information I could on Goldendoodles.  I also found this a good place to look for names for puppies!  I have no idea which breeders website it was but there was a link to DK - I clicked on it and found this amazing website!  After that I was on DK everyday and reading all sorts of posts!  I learned so much!  and am still learning!!  I can't believe how much I don't know! lol

So, how did you become a member of DK?????

I found it searching the web for information on doodles after I got my first one. I've been a member since October 9, 2008.

My DH was golfing one day and was talking to some people about Libby and a woman said she had a Doodle and told him about Doodle Kisses!  He came home and that day I joined!

I had just gotten Cally and was looking for sites for doodle lovers and the rest is history!

I heard from a friend who also has a doodle, I joined, she didn't, it didn't take me long to get hooked. I didn't find DK until Quincy was 9 mos old but he turned out just fine anyway. He is eating a much better food and getting safe treats these days thanks to Karen and Allyson. :>) That means I've been a member now for about 4 years, is that even possible?  It's made me a better doodlemom but not a great one because I forgot his birthday this year. :<(  We'll celebrate a little late, he's not that good with dates anyway.

When I got Ned, I googled labradoodles and looked at everything that came up.  One of those things was dk.  Thank goodness!

Back in August of 2009 when we got Darwin, I googled information on when to groom your Goldendoodle. DK popped up and the rest is history. :-)

When Luca was about  nine months old, over five years ago now I happened across DK on an internet search. I wish I had found it sooner.

I just googled anything related to labradoodle and goldrendoodle before I got Charlie who is now 5 years old.

I stumbled on to Doodlekisses and joined soon after. I found my first discussion reply dated 12/04/2008. Charlie was not even born yet!!

I used to be a member of the "I love my Labradoodle" group on Facebook. Adina was always chiming in answering questions and suggesting we joined Doodlelkisses. I was thinking "who is this Adina person"?? Finally I came over and checked it out, joined and haven't looked back!! I am not the most prolific writer, but I think I must have joined fairly early on. My LD was born Christmas 2007 and I joined while he was still a young puppy.
