I have heard over and over again about the Les Poochs brushes and I have to admit I was skeptical, especially b/c of the price. Well let me tell you.............I am singing a new tune! I purchased the green brush, with the help of Kemp, and WOW what a difference in the brushing experience! Mats that I had previously tried and tried to get out with a regular slicker brush came out so easily.

The Doodle Country Store and Kemp is fabulous! I emailed a picture of Bruno to Kemp and he helped me choose the right brush. The brush was shipped out the same day I ordered it!

Now I am saving  my pennies for the larger brush. I am a true believer now!

I know, its amazing.  I too, was once a non-believer, but I would not live without my Les Poochs brush!

Makes a huge difference doesn't it???  There is no way we could brush Ned without the LesPouchs,  and getting the correct one with Kemp's help.  We have a cheap substitute that I keep in the car for emergencies but it really doesn't do the job half as well.

I'm impressed that you keep a brush in the car.

When they go to the dog park and roll in the leaves or mud......  I shouldn't say they, I should say Ned....

ditto, ditto, ditto ... If I had saved all the money I spent on brushes prior to purchasing the Les Poochs, I could have bought two of them.  Worth every single penny and then some.  That being said, you do have to get used to using it.  The first time I used it I hated it, but kept with it and learned to keep my fingers out of the way!

I love mine too--what convinced me was that the cheap imitation would CUT my hand if I hit it with the brush accidentally--ouch! That couldn't feel too good for the dog either. The Les Pooches brush has rounded tips on each of those little needles and that makes a huge difference!

Ditto to all of that. Kemp and his Country Store is a magic gene in the cupboard and the Les Pooch brush...certainly worth the fortune we pay for it....:)

They are incredilbe aren't they.... so glad it is helping - those matts are annoying!

So glad you love the Les Pooch Brush...

I love my green brush too!!

It's interesting though...

I'm finding that if I keep Sasha at not longer than two inches...she doesn't mat at all...

Then I don't have to spend all of that time trying to get mats out...Everyday!!

It's really nice since she goes  in the lake Every Day!   Yes!  I said Everyday!!

It is Quite Wonderful for Sasha and for Me!!

Does anyone else find this too??

We are keeping Ned shorter also and he is not matting much at all. We brush him about once every 2 - 4 weeks.  I think this makes up for the period when we had to brush him at least every other day.

Nancy-Ned and Myla seem to be the exact twins as far as hair types and issues! She's cut short now too and we even take out Les Pooch to our groomer and let her use it on her!!!! She loves that because it cuts down on her time and costs us less!!!

If we want Ned to quit bugging, I just get the brushes out - doesn't matter what kind - he disappears. Works like a charm every time.....
