Children have such a unique ability to just break things down to the plain and simple facts!  I had seen this before, but it certainly is a great reminder at this time.  Thank you so much for reminding me of this sweet sentiment!

Sherri and Mandy, I just saw this posted today.  Several times I tried to reply but I had such dificulity seeing the screen.  Losing such precious pets too early in life is so difficult.  We have to keep remembering it's our pain we are feeling and not Sofie and Riley's.  Many years ago I had a friend who's Sheltie got Lymphoma while she was in whelp and couldn't care for her so I took over and cared for her during whelping, then and she and puppies afterwards. God bless you and your family as you remember all the happy years and joy that your doodles gave you while they were being so well cared for and loved.
