Is it still safe to buy Zukes for now?

Sorry I can't find the actual date they are taking over and if Nestle has not taken over yet, I want to buy some treats to hold us over until we find a new treat.    Does anyone know if they take over occurred yet?  Thanks

I am sure it is but that means you are supporting Purina! I had the same question and that is what I was told and it was not worth it to me. Fruitables and Cloudstar are great alternatives!

Yeah, this is my thinking. I don't want to support Purina through continued purchase, even if nothing has changed yet.

I didn't mean I would support them either, I was just wondering if the merge took place or not. Once it did I wouldn't buy them anymore but I guess that isn't really relevant as they sold out. We are taking it off our list of treats…...

Jack seriously doesn't need anymore treats the nut job is gaining so much weight.. my mom is a stress feeder and she has been super stressed when she has watched him, I couldn't believe how much weight he gained when I saw him again…. 

Such a bummer because it is so hard to get it off him….

Yes, my son will pick through the food and spit the green beans out. I had him a commercial raw diet and he did great on that. He lost weight because I was really strict about measuring out how much he needed each day and he didn't get anything else.

My mom has had him and she is great about walking him and Molly but she was overfeeding him by a lot. We can not do the raw food diet anymore unless it was dehydrated it is just not practical at this time and maybe when I become more stable but right now I am in the hospital more then I am out so I have to do what is best for my mom to feed,

They are both on Fromm and my mom was giving the full dry amount for their weight and then adding in a rather rich in fat topper of Evengers and also treating throughout the day… 

Plus he is on steroids and the fat in his body has redeposited and my boy has some hips and is having trouble jumping up on furniture.

He is good motivation for me to exercise him… We both need to walk……

Nestle company has purchased Zukes, which I can't stand that these companies have to cave and sell to these big companies.   Pit Bull and Paroles a TV show I happen to think is awesome has some kind of arrangement with Zukes because they are forever showing Zukes on their TV show.

I don't know much about it, I am still trying to figure it out… I was trying to get the last of the Zukes that were made by the company before they merged but I don't know when they exactly merged...

Yup, it is a sad week for all of us Zukes lovers. I believe Karen said when she went to the pet supply place she saw that the cloudstar were a good option and I swear by Fruitables. They also smell good!
