Well the doodle brothers had their first accident today.  While playing, one them and I'm not sure who the guilty party is (but my bet is on the chubby cream dood) - crashed into one of my beautiful glass candle holders breaking it into a bazillion pieces both large and small.  At least I still have one left.  So after making sure that neither of the boys was cut - I put them behind bars while I cleaned up the mess.  Klutz that I am - I am now bleeding but only a little so for me that is actually pretty good.    But here is the weird thing - this accident has scared Stuart so badly that his head tremors are back.  I kid you not - they have been gone the last couple of days and after putting him out of harms way - his head was doing it again even worse than before.  So now I'm spending lots of cuddle time trying to reassure him that everything is o.k.   Then he started barking so badly at the one candle holder that I have left that I had to move it - he's afraid of it now.  Poor doodle.

Here they are trying to look remorseful.

The accident scene.

My husband makes his own wine and his brother is a vintner. I'm sure we have you all beat in the cork department. I cannot drink wine because it triggers migraines, but he has hundreds of bottles as well as four 60 gallon barrels in our one car garage. Wish we could have yappy hour at my house! ;o)

You know, there's an old wives' tale that if you collect 21 champagne corks, someone will propose to you. (Or something like that, I heard it a long time ago.)

I wonder if anyone's spouse should be getting nervous here?

I have never heard that! I need to tell my daughter. One year my husband's New Year's Resolution was Drink More Champagne! He decided we all needed to celebrate more. He has the best attitude! Love that!
Poor doodle and I am sorry about the candle holder. IT is interesting about the tremor. Maybe time will tell if Stuart does this when he's anxious.

At least they didn't try to hide their handywork.

When i was a teen, my brother and I broke a statuet, great bick crack in the neck.  We put a scarf on it and hoped out parents wouldn't notice.

Glad everyone is OK.

I agree that Rooney looks a little pleased, LOL. Poor Stuart!
Have you talked to the vet about the tremors? I thought you were taking the video in on Monday. Now that it has happened a third time, maybe the vet would have an answer. Sorry about your candle. Glad the boys are having fun together! They are so cute!
Bonnie - I have not taken the video to the vet - yet.  As Stuart seems fine for the most part - I know what will happen if I take him.  They will not know what the cause is - then they'll want him to have a whole bunch of tests, see a specialist and then they still won't know.  It isn't the cost - it is that fact that from the time we got Stuart it has been one upset for him after another and my mommy instinct is telling me not to put him through further upset with a bunch of medical tests at the moment.  I'm keeping a very close eye on him and if anything changes - I'll get him help ASAP.  I think that sometimes we are better off with a watchful wait.
I'm sorry, Jane. I think I got confused reading the first postings about Stuart's tremors. Perhaps someone else suggested you take the video to the vet instead of you saying you were going to. I just assumed you had and that I missed what they said about it. You are a wonderful doodle mom, and I am very sure you know the best way to care for your boys.

Oh no Bonnie - it was me - I was going to take it.  But after watching them go away I just thought he had a reaction to the flea & tick and for that it just has to work out of their system.  I just think the vet isn't going to be able to tell us without putting him through a bunch of trauma so for now I'm just watching.

:)
The boys do have that "Sorry Mom" look.  Stuart's coat is looking pretty doodlely and boy is he getting big. Sorry to hear the head tremors are back, but at least now you have an indication of what's causing it.
