Well the doodle brothers had their first accident today. While playing, one them and I'm not sure who the guilty party is (but my bet is on the chubby cream dood) - crashed into one of my beautiful glass candle holders breaking it into a bazillion pieces both large and small. At least I still have one left. So after making sure that neither of the boys was cut - I put them behind bars while I cleaned up the mess. Klutz that I am - I am now bleeding but only a little so for me that is actually pretty good. But here is the weird thing - this accident has scared Stuart so badly that his head tremors are back. I kid you not - they have been gone the last couple of days and after putting him out of harms way - his head was doing it again even worse than before. So now I'm spending lots of cuddle time trying to reassure him that everything is o.k. Then he started barking so badly at the one candle holder that I have left that I had to move it - he's afraid of it now. Poor doodle.
Here they are trying to look remorseful.

You know, there's an old wives' tale that if you collect 21 champagne corks, someone will propose to you. (Or something like that, I heard it a long time ago.)
I wonder if anyone's spouse should be getting nervous here?
At least they didn't try to hide their handywork.
When i was a teen, my brother and I broke a statuet, great bick crack in the neck. We put a scarf on it and hoped out parents wouldn't notice.
Glad everyone is OK.
Oh no Bonnie - it was me - I was going to take it. But after watching them go away I just thought he had a reaction to the flea & tick and for that it just has to work out of their system. I just think the vet isn't going to be able to tell us without putting him through a bunch of trauma so for now I'm just watching.
