One of my favorite things about doodles is how they can look so different. Here are a few of Charlie's looks. She is 9 months old. So which cut do you like?

Long and scruffy

"Puppy cut" I think it is one inch.

Summer cut (This is 1/2 inch on the body with the head and legs a bit longer.)

If anyone has before and after photos I'd love to see them. Anyone else doing short summer cut?

Two with one a strong contender. Three is a bit shorter than I like it.

I like cuts #1 and #2 as well. The thing is that even though I like my doodle shaggy, it's good for him to get a short haircut in the summer. So we also do the 1/2 inch cut.

awww... Monty is gorgeous. I think the only difference is that we left Charlie's legs longer with the 1/2 inch on the body. Their legs are so skinny without all the fur!

I LOVE the long and scruffy!  Our little guy is only 12-weeks-old, but everyday I look for more and more hair growth!

I love 1 for cooler weather, 2 for the hotter weather

Heres my Cooper with her winter coat

i cut her short for summer (but not too short, I worry about the sun getting to her skin)

As it got hotter i cut her shorter

I recently gave her another cut (her fur seems to grow so fast!) she is around 1 to 1 1/2 inches long

Wow, cooper is beautiful. He's so fuzzy looking when long. I love that it looks like he has a part in his hair. Too cute.

This Cooper's a she : )

Cooper is gorgeous at any length!

I love the Summer cut....always keep our dogs short due to our climate.

They all look great! Very pretty doodles!! I groom doodles that live around me and everyone loves to get a short cut for the summer--I think they look great in all lengths though!

Beautiful shiny chocolate coat!  I like all of the above.  A coat for every occasion I say!

One!
