I love to read about all things dog.... Love reading about personality quirks and funny things......

I could write a book about Jack and what I love about him.....

Current top favorites.

He is the biggest "tattle tail" ever.... When ever someone is in our yard like when a ball rolled in from one of the neighbors he comes and gets me barking hard.... he has to make sure I get up and go look at what ever it is... Once I look and say okay, he stops.. My little watch dog.

I love how he "communicates" with me by head nodding me around the house.. When he wants something he comes and stares at me and won't stop no matter what until I say show me.. He takes a few steps and looks back to see if I am coming..He nods his head at me in the direction he wants me to go...    He can tell me if he has to go potty, wants a walk, or a treat.. and I love how his little butt wiggles with excitement when I follow him around.

I love how he can discern somehow between friends and medical people.. When friends are over he will stay by them and let them pet him then he goes to his "Office" and lays on the bed and looks outside. When the medical professionals that are there to take care of me, even if we are just sitting and talking  He sits on top of me and won't leave my side until they are gone.

My number one favorite thing in the world currently about him is when we go to sleep, I shut off the TB and close the iPad.... he then comes and lays his warm body next to me and we snuggle till morning.. I love when I wake up at night he is right by my side, his head on a pillow right next to mine....

SO play along if you want.. what are your favorite things you love about your doodle or different dog if you have them as well.

What a sweet description of Brisby!   My husband and I have often talked about how Libby does not favor one of us over the other.  It is very equal here too:)  Great, great dogs!

I love:
How he smells (not like dog, at least to me)
How he loves everyone he meets, tail spinning in circles, lovable look on his face (and I love how people respond too!)
How he follows me around the house like "Whatcha doin' now? Can I help?"
How when I come home and tell him I missed him, he immediately sits for some attention, same lovable look as above (he has me trained)
How he insists on trying to sleep in my spot
His pure joy in the backyard, especially with his Frisbee

Meg...I love even saying her name!

When she wants to play she never just brings a toy to us, she stops a foot away and tosses it to us.

On occasion she brings it as a gift, she lays it in my lap and when I offer it back to her she nudges with her nose back to my lap with it, what a generous spirit.

When she wants on the couch (she is taller then the seat) she stretches her neck down, lays her head on the seat and rolls her eyes toward us asking for permission, so sweet.

That all 77 pounds of her still crawls right up on my lap and lays the length of my legs when she wants lovin, the rest of the time she is plastered up against me with her head and neck across my lap.  If I could put her in my arms and cuddle like a baby I would.

Meg sounds like a sweetheart!

Rooney and Stuart have to greet everyone coming into our house with a "gift" - they will grab a toy or even take a clean (of course) poo bag from the basket to "give" someone.  Stuart will stand by the front door if he needs to go out but Rooney will come and lick us - on the foot - lol - then stand there and STARE at us - too funny.  No matter how many times a day we take the boys out the minute Rooney sees the leash - he has to do this whole stretching routine.  Stuart - he does what I call a hug.  Every morning while I go into the bathroom to pee - Stuart joins me and puts his entire face into my should/arm pit area and just stands there while I hug him back.  He doesn't do this to anyone but me.  After standing there for a while he then takes his big black nose and puts it just off my mouth and just sniffs my breath.  Yucky I know but this is our everyday routine.  LOL.

You have two very sweet Doodles Jane!

I love to watch Jack walk.  He has a lanky body and long legs.  When he walks his front feet have this loping gait and his entire body wiggles.  His tail is always up and the end curves down and bounces.  I also like when he finds a toy at the dog park and does his crazy dance, legs going every which way.

I love the way he will sit straight up with his front feet together and give me the most soul searching look.  His eyes are so expressive.

When Jack was eight weeks old..I never would have dreamed he would have bed privledges either..now I can't imagine not waking up next to him....I love all these stories..the special bonds ......so sweet...

I LOVE everything about our little girl...her sweet little puppy kisses and how she snuggles her little face into my neck and go to sleep would have to be my favourites!

We've only had Marabelle, or Bear as we all seem to keep calling her, for 11 days.

I love how she loves to wrap her long front legs around us and hug us, laying her head against you, pressing hard, like...I love you so very much.

I love her big brown eyes and the way she watches me before she does things, to make sure it is okay.

I love how well she listens and does drop the cats head out of her mouth, when I say, "leave it". :-D

Good bear! no more cat heads for you!

LOL  Sherri, that is way too funny about the "cats head"!
