Once again Schulz has made us proud

He has been such a great family dog. My kids adore him and he ADORES them. In fact my 5 year old and him have become best friends....I am only slightly jealous...he is my dog after all. 

Anyway, we were in the front yard playing which we do from time to time. We do not live in a busy street but with kids and a dog you have to be so careful no matter what. 

When anyone walks by, Schulz will happily greet them but always standing between and said person and one of my kids. People do not get a chance to come to the kids with out him there. My three year old started to go in the street and we were headed to get her, and Schulz herded her back in to our driveway. Going back and forth forcing her to turn around and not go out. It was incredible. He really is the perfect fit for my family.

And I remember when he was little and you were trying to figure out if he would look more like a doodle or a retriever.  Your profile pic sure makes him look doodlicious as well as being a great dog for your family.
