Shout out of Thanks To Karen and Jackdoodle

I know we all so heavily rely on the information that Karen supplies us with. I use her as a resource on a regular basis and I am most grateful for her knowledge and willingness to answer the same questions over and over as new people come!!

 

I am happy to announce that Thanks to Karen and all the information she gave me, my local pet store is now stocking Orijen!!!!! I am a firm believer in supporting local if and whenever possible, so I am grateful I don't have to order online anymore!!!

 

Thank you for all your hard work Karen, Jack and I appreciate it as do so many people.

Karen - you are always there for all of us in so many ways.  Thanks a million!!  BTW - I just heard on the news that Chicago is going to start to have weather more like Baton Rouge, Louisiana....not sure if that will cheer you up or not but at least it's something different after all that snow last winter.

When I first started on DK - I kept seeing this "Karen and Jackdoodle' and boy - sometimes I was so very glad that she wasn't posting to me - lol!  She was serious and she'd let you know without sugar coating it.  But I kept right on reading what she wrote and I learned a ton!  Now sometimes I'll tell it like it is to someone and I'll think - I just did a "Karen" - lmao!  So Karen - we love ya and appreciate all that you do here!

There are so many people here on DK that I have learnt from, but Karen & Jack are the ones that I have the most to be thankful to.  I have learnt so much from her and the other members of The Food Group.  I had my suspicians about certain types of dog food, but didn't know enough to know why.  Now both my boys are happy and healthy on Acana, even though we have to drive 90 minutes to buy it!!  And I now know enough to always say NO when my vet tries to sell me their overpriced **** that they call dog food!!  Thanks Karen!!

 

And a shout out to all the other DK people who offer help and advice to the rest of us, even when we are somethimes asking the most ridiculous questions!!

I couldn't even begin to remember all the useful information I learned from Karen, and yes, Jane, I have to say I sometimes didn't write something thinking I could never measure up to what Karen knows and if I got it wrong....oh boy!!! But I know it is done with the generous intention of wanting the right information to get out there so we all are taking the best care of our doodles. I sometimes am in awe of the wealth of knowledge she has. I remember once there was something about an electrical issue of some sort and she had an answer and facts to help with that too.....Karen is a walking encyclopedia!!! I am very grateful to her, that's for sure.
