Thanks Nancy and Ricki - he will be going in for the big snip in about a 3-4 weeks - so the vet can evaluate those teeth then if they are still there. I just wasn't sure if I needed to bring him in before then.
We had doubles and it seemed like forever. We gave him a good chew and it eventually corrected itself. It really is awful to think that during the dreaded " I want to bite you all over" stage, that they have more teeth than they need! Good grief!
I don't know when or how it happened, but I'm positive the puppy teeth finally leave without any help. Our vet told us if they were still there when it was time to be neutered he would correct the problem while he was under.
