I tried to add this on my former discussion but must have done something wrong so I am reposting it here. This morning Sophie threw up the sock and the shocker is 5 mins later she threw up one of mine!!
Last night my granddaughter left a gift card oh the chair and we were chasing Sophie trying to get it before she eat that! We did get it. Sometimes I think she thinks its a game.
I want to thank all of you for your help and stories. I guess this is just the beginning of Sophie's eating frenzy! Happy Thanksgiving to all! :)

I agree Jane, at least the socks are soft!!! No matter which end they come back out of it can't feel good to pass a rock!!!
You are lucky Stuart barfed it up. Last year Haley ate a rock that he couldn't barf up or pass the other way and it had to be removed surgically.
Did it start to cause problems? What would I watch for just incase?
Denise, Bella has been known to use the express route and do it in 36 hours! That is when I know the time of the socks departure from floor to mouth! Last night was around 7 pm, during Yappy Hour!! Guess I was a little distracted!
This will be an extra-special Thanksgiving for your family, with Sophie's belly cleared of socks. ;o)
LOL! Two socks! And OF COURSE it is a game! A POWER game!
Just a suggestion---find something she loves to eat--really good stuff like roast beef or bacon and ONLY give it to her when you want to trade for the thing she should not have. Never let her have that treat for any other reason--she is smart, she will figure it out.
Thanks Ginny, I will try that and yes it is a power game. I can see it in her eyes! Janel, my daughter calls Sophie , Sophia Maria.. lol.. actually she kind of sings it to her.
Cocoa has "eaten" over $3,000 in vet bills- and she's only 2! All I can say is PetPlan insurance...
OMD!!!!
