My mini GD puppy is scheduled to arrive at Laguardia airport tomorrow afternoon at 5:00pm

This storm we're having is already making me a nervous doodle parent!
He's flying from Toronto to Chicago O'Hare, lays over for two hours - then to LGA NY.

I really hope he makes it as he's a bday surprise for my wife, and her bday happens to be tomorrow also :-/

How was the rest of your weekend with little Oliver? Any new photos? He sure is a popular little puppy.

Oliver looks like he's loving life!  Taking over the house like the popular little guy he is:)  Hope you guys had a great weekend! Thanks for the pics!

So I wanted to give everyone who's been following an update on Oliver.

I week ago today I picked him up from the airport in Boston.

He's such a funny little guy. So full of energy.

He just looooove's to make out. He can do that all day. lol

But sometimes he gets in his crazy puppy mode, and runs laps around the apartment at full speed.

He runs so fast it makes me nervous that he might crash into something.

We crate train Oliver. He does good in the crate. Rarely cries when we put him in, but I can tell he really don't like it in there. He much rather be out playing.

Since he hasn't had his 3rd shot, we only walk him on our balcony.

He knows to pee & poop on the porch potty - but he loves to eat the grass.

He loves to eat pretty much anything at this stage lol.

He still has accidents in the house tho.

He can pee outside in the right spot, have a sip of water, and 10 minutes later pee on the floor.

He also sometimes doesnt eat all of his food.

Is that normal?

All in all we love him - he makes everything more interesting. :)

Here are some pics and vids of Oliver.

Oliver's color is just so stunning....lOL and he sleeps just like Enzo! That back paw sticking out all the time!
Sounds all good to me and Oliver is adorable.

Crazy puppy behavior is called the "zoomies"  and almost all doodles do this, especially during puppyhood.  It is pretty funny, isn't it.

Between 6-7 , the witching hour was prime time for Enzo Whack-A-Doodle....Zoomies....up and down the hallway, around the couch, around the dining room table......thankfully, a faze that is over!
We have the witching hour as well. 5-6 pm every night!

just adorable!  I love how new his toys look.  Quincy's toys are all beat up and chewed!

Oliver is so adorable! He looks happy and he sounds pretty normal to me. Picco wasn't much of an eater as a pup (still isn't) and I was worried about how to train without treats!

I'm so happy you got him safely after the ordeal!

He just keeps getting cuter and cuter. Love his puppy coat. The not eating occasionally is normal. It;s only been a week and lots of changes. He will find an eating pattern soon. SO what you describe as "making out" are actually DOODLE KISSES and the running around the apartment are what we call "ZOOMIES" Both also very normal for a doodle puppy and even adult dogs. The zoomies will settle down somewhat as he gets older but if you're lucky the Kissies will last forever!
