I can't even imagine of your wife is thinking, right about now, about her Birthday dinner being cancelled and you not home! Either she is super understanding, OR super pi$$ed!
And, I will also add: A very Happy Birthday to you, Mrs. L! Hoping you enjoy your new furbaby....maybe you will even consider joining our ranks!
Yes - wouldn't it be great to hear about the receiving of this precious pup?
I sure hope Larry doesn't end up in the doghouse, or worse, stuck out in the frigid mess.
hahahahah too funny to imagine. I hope she decides to join us :)
OMD I am so glad I missed all this while I was at work. I would have been useless with this on my mind. Sending positive vibes that everything goes smoothly from here on in.
Hope the traffic isn't too bad and Larry will get to the airport okay. That's just my latest worry, as I've been following this, worrying and cheering all the way!
Larry -- if you're there --checked the weather. NY is clear and Boston is rainy and windy with temps rising through the night --but when you turn around to come back to NYC you're liable to hit a wintry mix of sleet, snow and rain. About midnight it will turn to snow around NYC but I can't see how far north this mess goes. Make sure you have water (and some food) with you for the pup -- it may take you longer than you think to get back to NYC. Hope not. Fingers crossed!
Larry, I'm so glad he's in the air and on his way to you and your wife. What a story! Please post pics when you get a chance. :)
If I lived near Boston I would be waiting at the baggage claim with a big Welcome! sign for Larry, his driving friend and the puppy. Hope all goes well. I keep checking in for updates.
Sending good vibes your way! Tell us when you get that sweet puppy in your hands!
I see the flight has landed! Good luck to Larry and the adorable puppy! Get home safely.
Yeah!
