Hi Suzann I live in Frankenmuth which is only 20 minutes from Saginaw but Waterville is not coming up as a place in Michigan when I looked on mapquest...are you sure that is the name of the town?

Has anyone in the Ann Arbor area been to The Pet Emporium? They apparently have a free dog park whereas the city/county dog parks require a special permit. If anyone has been there, please let me know what you thought of it. Is this a good option for a dog park?
