We have a litter of F1 Aussiedoodles on the way! Accepting $300 deposits now and first pick of the litter is still available. Mom is a blue merle with copper points and lots of white markings/trim. Hi there!  My husband and I may possible be relocated from Georgia to Fairbanks.  I am curious about how your doodles do in the cold and how you manage potty breaks during the really cold days of the winter.  Would appreciate any info or tips!

We get Maizy groomed in Fairbanks, but have never been completely satisfied.  The first groom was a NIGHTMARE, in spite of me bringing in pictures and telling the groomer I just wanted a "trim"...she got nearly a total shave.  If you read other's posts you'll see this is an ongoing problem.  My advice is to do your best to describe that your dog is NOT A POODLE, and that doodles have a particular look, and then keep telling yourself "It will grow back."  If others post about a good doodle groomer in Anchorage I may need to make the drive down!

Went to the University Lake Dog Park last week. My girl got sick, and got ruffed up by 3 bigger dogs. Has anyone else been there lately?

Welcome Faith to our little Alaska group.  I got my puppy from California...she travels everywhere with us, as we have become snowbirds after 39 years here.  I may have met one of your pups at the dog park in Fairbanks this summer..a chocolate one, large medium male?

Faith-we got our labradoodle from south dakota. But I bet your puppies r so dang cute!
