Can anyone tell me when they stop growing?
Sadie, Australian Labradoodle, now 8 months old is 34.1 lbs. The breeder thought she would be 25 to 35 lbs, maybe 40, (still kept calling her a "mini"). The Dad was 24 lbs and the Mom 45. Anyone have a clue.

AUSTRALIAN LABRADOODLE IN RESCUE - if anyone is interested, there is an 8 month old chocolate ALD in rescue in NC. He needs to go to a home without small children and with no cats. The adoption fee is $250. Here's the link...

Oh boy . . . or girl. Patty called me this AM. I am on the list for a newly born doodle. Marley and Willie Nelson (well Marley anyway) just produced ten puppies in "an array of fall colors". I am nervous but excited. Eeks, I've done puppies in winter before, but I was alot younger. Encouragement anyone?

Simon arrived this morning and he is a total doll! He had never seen a cat before and started doing play bows to our little tortie. When she walked away, he was like okay, no problem. I'll have to post some pictures soon.
My GD is great with him, no play yet, but very gentle. My 7 yr old collie is actually doing better than I thought. It's been a snifFest!!

I have a wonderful 2 yr old goldendoodle and tmrw (9/26) will be picking up his baby brother, a 4-month old caramel standard ALD. I can hardly wait!!
