You got it!!! Liberty Station is one of our haunts. Lately the grass has been like a swamp and smells like it too. I have stayed away since Gracie had fox tail surgery on her paw and I don't want it to get infected. But, otherwise, she has grown up playing down there.

We do see Boomer occasionally, he is difficult to miss! I will pass along the greeting... Looks like gorgeous Gracie Doodle is posing at Liberty Station. We take Tess there on occassion as well.

Gracie Doodle is 3 years old and her mother Roxy, is now retired. Her father is still going strong and he is a Golden Retriever named Dudley. I think the other is Max. Good chance Tessa's father is the same as Gracie's!! We live in Pt. Loma and I keep thinking we will get up to your park one of these days. If you see Boomer (human dad is Bill), say hi from Gracie Doodle.

We live in the Golden Hill area and have run into several of Christy's doodles at our local dog park. I will tell them about this fourm. It's great to get littermates together and watch them play like puppies again! Tessa was born October 30, 2009. Her mother was Bella (black standard) and I don't remember which golden father, but I assume he was very lightly colored, since Tessa is so fair.

You will recognize Luna by her one white paw!!! On the weekends their park visits vary. They sometimes go in the morning and her husband is with her. If we are there this weekend I will be on the look out for a Doodle!!! Hopefully it will be you!

Clara, Is it the dog park that has astro turf? If so, that is the same one my daughter takes her 10 month old Rhodesian Ridgeback to. They have a friend who's name is Heinz and has a Goldendoodle named Copper and he is there too. Megan usually goes around 4:30-5:30 every day. In fact, when we are up there this weekend we will all be there minus Gracie :( If you see my daughter tell her Hi from Gracie Doodle...she will get a real kick out of that!

Hi Clara, My daughter lives in San Jose and we are flying up this weekend. But, without Gracie Doodle. When we go for a longer time then we drive up and bring her. We might be dog sitting for them in June and will drive up then. It would be fun to get the two "Christy's Doodles" together. My daughter lives in the Cambrian area near Los Gatos.

Dexter is a 17 month old 70 lb F1B. Birthday Oct. 10, 2008.

His mom was a standard poodle, Mary Jane, and his dad was a goldendoodle. He is great and we love him very much!!

Heidi...that is exactly how I keep Gracie cut. She is so much happier with the short hair as I know Bear will be with you living in Santee!!!! It gets so darn hot out there and you will also find it much easier to keep if he likes water and is wet most of the time like Gracie Doodle is. Right now Gracie's hair is the longest it ever has been. I need a solid day of no appointments or interruptions to clip her (since I now do it myself) and it looks like that will be in about two weeks! She is much happier with shorter hair and easier to take care of. I can't believe how much he looks like Gracie in the photo. Just much lighter. Were you happy with the Groomer?

Bailey is next to join the clipped Doodle group...ha ha

Here's picture of Bear from this month. This is with his new hair cut, but he's pretty dirty as we were camping. He was beginning to matt. I think I am going to keep his hair this short during the summer and let it grow out in the winter.
