I thought a Cincinnati, Ohio-specific group would be good in order to help plan local romps and other get-togethers!

There is a Doodle Romp being set up for Indianapolis IN on November 1st. Here is the FB link. If you aren't on FB, you can check the main page here in the discussion and I started a discussion there with all the details a few days ago.
Just thought I'd let those in the Cincinnati area know that the Smokey Bones Restaurant on Beechmont (right by 275) is Pet Friendly on their patio. We went last night after talking with the manager a couple weeks ago. The patio is very shaded (all day). They have new patio furniture, have corn hole boards out there. They brought water for the girls. The manager even came out and asked me what I thought about have a doggie night type of thing. I told him I thought if he got the word out that it would be very successful. It was very hot yesterday and the patio was very comfortable.
I'm a new member and hoping doodle owners can recommend a good breeder in Cincinnati?
Karen, I would be interested but can't do it this Sunday - we are dealing with a family death and the visitation is from 3 - 5 on Sunday. Dudley loves swimming, and I would like to meet fellow doodle owners. Another place that doesn't cost is Red Bird Hollow at the edge of Indian Hill and Terrace Park. Let's talk more about it. I think it's a fine idea.
Hello all, just thought I would throw it out there to see if anybody else in Cincinnati is interested in joining us....There is a dog park, Wags park, in Newtown that we might take our two doodles to on Sunday (weather permitting). It might be fun to have an informal romp for our doodles. I love this dog park because it is a WATER dog park with a lake for them to swim in! It does cost to get in and they do need a quick temperament testing along with proof of UTD vaccinations--See the site for details and let me know if anybody else is interested.
I'm dissappointed too as we really enjoy attending the romp. : (
I just checked with the lady that sets up the annual IDOG fundraiser "Romp Around The World", and unfortunately she is unable to put the event together this year. :o(
Hey there -- if everyone is looking for a stainless steel dog tub, the PepperMint Doggie Daycare on the east side of town (Eastgate area) is closing and they have their tub, along with some crates and other things. The tub is $250. If I didn't already have a tub I would be heading there in a truck. Has stairs and faucet and everything.
