What Does Your Doodle Do On A Rainy Day??

I'm sure you have heard on the news that here in Southern California we are having a huge rain and wind storm that has been going on for a week now.  After 7 years of a drought this storm is hitting us hard.  Gracie has never experienced this and is therefore in a quandry as to what to do!! This is how she spends most of the day.  Tennis ball near by, waiting for the weather to clear.  Notice the palm trees blowing???

Groucho Too and Hondo do the same. Sit (lay) on the couch and look out the window. Hondo often has a favorite toy in his mouth as he watches the road outside. Groucho looks like a big cat sitting on the back of the couch.

Poor little Gracie. Nowhere to play ball.

On the second day of rain, my dogs played outside getting soaked and drug stuffed toys into the rain. On the third day of rain, my dogs played outside getting soaked, drug stuffed toys into the rain, then laid on the furniture in the house. On the fourth day of rain, my dogs played outside getting soaked, drug stuffed toys into the rain, laid on the furniture in the house and brought sticks in through the doggie door. Rain, rain go away so this cute little dog can go out to play!!! Lilly just pesters the heck out of me when it rains. She followes me around the house with a ball to play fetch or a toy to play tug of war with. ALL day long...

Ours don't seem to mind it much. They will wrestle in the house, go outside, get rained on and refreshed and then act like fools because they are wet. Even when it's cold say 40's they will run in the sprinklers!
