Thank you. I've never had a Tux cat before, I've heard that they are very smart. Lincoln is very bonded to Brian. They also have have a full week together. He has only been "home" for 3 days, then I send him off to Vet.I needed to know that he was healthy so he could be around my other cats, and figured since he is there might as well take care of the neuter and chip.

Lincoln is beautiful! How could anyone throw that sweet guy out of a car??!!! Thank goodness your husband rescued him! His life will be so much better now, and I'll bet he will end up best of friends with the pups!

DH brought home a new Kitten on Monday, he saw the Kitten dumped out of car. We have named him Lincoln after the town DH "picked" him up. He got neutered today and shots. We found out our Kitten is really about 1 1/2, in great health just a little thin. Lincoln is not to sure about the Pups and our other cats but he has had a big week of changes, I am sure he will come around. Jordan is so confused, she does not understand why he does not love her!

That's such a great story. Our kitty, Timmy Parker also came from the humane Society. BTW, your doodle is beautiful.

Just before New Years, I adopted a 6 year cat from the Humane Society. "Charlie" and Hudson became fast friends and I thought this would be great company for Hudson while I am out. About 3 weeks later, the Humane Society called me to ask me if I would consider another cat. When I was first looking, I told them I would consider adopting 2 cats that had been given up together and are hard to place. Well, it turns out that "Sam" and "Charlie" had been given up on December 22 (WHO CAN DO THAT???)from the same family, and Sam who is only 3 years old, was adopted very quickly. I didn't know this when I adopted Charlie. The family that adopted Sam decided that he wasn't playful enough - he was hiding in the basement and wouldn't play with the kids. My heart broke, so I went and picked up Sam and now I have a family of boys that all love one another. Hudson respects Charlie and is very caring of him. Sam and Hudson are playmates - they chase and roll around fighting and licking and playing. Enjoy the pics.

We have two cats, Kasha who will tolerate Cody and Cassie who absolutely HATES him. Cassie is not a particularly friend cat to begin with. She growls and hisses quite loudly when Cody just looks at her.

At our house it is more Blair the cat cleaning Murphy's ears....she sneaks up while he is napping and crawls under his ear.
I'm not sure he is trying to clean her ears and face...I think it is more "pick her up by the head". She is not amused.

Ear cleaning seems to be a general Doodle duty. Benny is trying that as well, but most of time he misses the ears with his huge tongue and cleans their whole head. The cats are not too amused and it's funny to watch their funny faces while Benny is trying to clean them.

lol* yes our doodle does clean the cats ears!! I have seen him doing it, he also tries to clean their head, their belly....lol* it quite annoys them both too hahaha

Jordan also feels it is her Doodle duty to clean the ears of our cats. I have 3 cats BTW. She is so Motherly with them.
Does anyone elses Doodle clean their kitty's ears?
